The Bardascino Park bocce court is maintained by the Friends of Bardascino Park, and the Bardascino Park bocce league.
The court open for general use when league play is not scheduled.
The league holds a Rec. Dept. permit for use May through August at these times:
Mon. - Wed. evenings from 6 to 8:30 p.m.,
Sundays from 4 to 8 p.m.

Please observe the following courtesies when using the court...
• Stay off the court if it is wet or muddy
• Clean up after yourself - this is a carry in-carry out park
• Please keep dogs off of the court
• Finish up by 10 p.m. and keep noise levels down in the evening

This year, Tim Stengel and Jon Lesher are sharing the administrative duties. They will be setting up the schedule, collecting fees, arranging referees, and setting up the playoff tournament.

  • Sign-ups will be Saturday, May 10th from 1PM to 3PM in Bardascino Park or, in the event of bad weather,we'll find an indoor venue. If you are unavailable on May 10th, please email Tim and Jon at the email addresses listed below, and we will make alternative arrangements. No applications will be accepted after May 12th.

  • The cost of the league is $30 per team. Please pay in cash. The proceeds from the league dues go towards the end-of-season party, prizes, and the remainder is contributed to the Friends of Bardascino Park for upkeep of the park.

  • We will email everyone on or around May 19th with the complete schedule, and we will also post the schedule on the Friends of Bardascino Park website and Facebook page.

  • We hope to have the first game on Sunday, June 1st and have regular season games up to Labor Day. Teams will play four games in the season, and we will try to space them out as evenly as possible.

  • Games will be played at 6PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, and on Sundays, we will have two games at 4PM and 6PM. At least one of the Sunday games will be a regularly scheduled game, and we hope to use the other Sunday time slot for make-ups.
